FC Manager builds the match-day roster for amateur football clubs. We collect only what that needs: your email address and name from your sign-in provider, your squad profile (display name, shirt number, positions), and your check-ins on match day (time of arrival, position played).

We do not collect advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, call logs, or a list of other apps on your device.

When you check in, the app reads your device location once to confirm you actually reached the pitch. Those coordinates are never sent to our servers. The distance to the venue is computed on your device, and only that number in metres is stored. Declining location permission does not block check-in; only the distance goes unrecorded.

This is enforced, not merely promised: database rules restrict that record to the distance field alone, so a modified client cannot send coordinates — the server will not accept them.

One exception: when an organiser taps “use my current location” while creating an event, those coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap’s geocoding service to look up the address. This happens only on that explicit action and is unrelated to member check-ins.

Sign-in, squad lists, arrival order, on-pitch formation, and arrival confirmation. Nothing is used for advertising or profiling, and no data is sold. We rely on Google Firebase (authentication, database, functions), the identity provider you choose (Google, Apple, or Kakao), OpenStreetMap for venue search, and Cloudflare for web delivery. Each protects your data to a standard at least equal to this policy.

Account data lives as long as the account; squad and attendance records live as long as the club; sign-in session documents expire after five minutes. You can delete your account from inside the app — the control sits next to sign-out. Your name, email and photo are removed; match-day records stay with the club, shown as a former member. Deletion is blocked while you are a club's only organiser, so the remaining members are not left without one. For anything else, write to support@fcmanager.ai. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
